*Black Friday note: We have a few restrictions in Peak periods so we can’t make any changes to your order.

If you realise shortly after placing your order that you want to change a size or item, we can help.

a. If you realise the mistake DIRECTLY after placing your order and the order has not yet been shipped our team can help. Please urgently email us on: info@minimil.co.za

*only available during business hours, Monday – Friday (09:00-16:00).

b. If you want to change your order but it has already been shipped you can simply log an exchange once you have received the parcel.

*to know if your order has been shipped, please check your emails. You will have received a confirmation email.

If you have placed an order with us and realise shortly after placing your order that you put in the wrong address, misspelled a word or made a mistake with your postal code – don’t stress, we can help!

• a. If you realise the mistake DIRECTLY after placing your order, and the order has not yet been shipped, then our team can help. Please email us urgently on: info@minimil.co.za
• b. If you want to change your address but your order has already been shipped, then you need to reach out to The Courier Guy. You will have to give them a call and ask them to change your address on their side. We cannot change your address after your order has been shipped.
• i. You will receive your local Courier Guy contact details in the confirmation email.
• ii. To know if your order has been shipped, please check your emails. You will have received a confirmation email.

Please note: On Black Friday Sale we cannot change a shipping address.

To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we can’t accept exchanges 30 days after you have received your parcel. Read our returns and exchange policy for more information and guidance.

All discounted items, sale or Black Friday items can only be exchanged for another size.

Please note that a shipping charge of R200 is applicable to arrange a courier pick up and drop off.

The Courier guy will send you e-mail notifications on the status of your order with a tracking number. Alternatively e-mail info@minimil.co.za

Delivery in South Africa takes about 2-5 working days from when your order has been shipped. E.g. If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipping on Monday and will reach you within that week.
On average this is when you can expect your delivery:

1. Pretoria, Johannesburg and surrounds: ±1-2 working days
2. Main Centres (Cape Town, Durban etc.): ± 2-3 working days
3. Outlying Areas: ± 3-5 working days
   You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door.
   Please note: on big sale days, there might be a slight delay. Keep in mind that once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands and with Courier Guy so you will also need to account for the courier delays.
